Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Stenogram application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

1. License

Stenogram grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This license is for a single user and is perpetual for the version of the App you purchased, subject to compliance with these restrictions.

2. Free Trial and Purchase

Stenogram offers a 30-day free trial. During this period, you may use all features of the App without charge. Upon the expiration of the trial period, you must purchase a license key to continue using the App. This is a one-time purchase fee, not a recurring subscription.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the App or make the App available to any third party.
  • Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the App.
  • Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Stenogram or its affiliates, partners, suppliers or the licensors of the App.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of Stenogram.

5. Updates to Application

Stenogram may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the App, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades and other modifications ("Updates").

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Stenogram, on its own behalf and on behalf of its affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of Stenogram and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Agreement and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the App.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
